3 Good Things About Today

( Sorry, I'm not able to come up with 13 at the moment!)

1. Hubby unexpectedly got the day off which makes the logistics of the day much less stressful.

2.) The baby hasn't vomited since last evening--- maybe it was just a gagging thing?

3.) The doc say my son does NOT need his jaw 'plated'. It was only broken on one side, and was all aligned properly, so the wire should do it. So, less invasive, less pain, hopefully.

And, yeah, we are SO going to have wirecutters nearby at all times...

Leaving soon...

Glad you were able to come up with THREE!!!

I hope the time your son's jaw is wired shut flies by. I'm sorry, can't think of anything more positive to say. It's a sucky situation! :(

Oh, Mary, I'm sorry you guys are going through this. You actually do seem remarkably cheerful, all considered.

Oh, no. Only three? That's sad. Glad you could come up with this many, at least. Here's hoping tomorrow will give you even more good things.

I am keeping you in my prayers Mary - may the Lord strengthen you and give you the help you need. And may your boy's jaw heal quickly. God bless you.

Hey, things are looking up! That's good! Plus, you have ten great people in your family, which makes it 13, no?

Wow, what an ordeal you've been through lately. I'm so sorry.

Good luck with the broken jaw thing. That's just not easy, give him my encouragement.

And I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that your little one has no more pukies.

Bless your hearts, I wish I could do something more for you, but I can pray, and I will. Hope it's not as bad as you've probably got it pictured in your mind, and that he recovers quickly. :-)

You sound weary, friend. Wish I could come over and fold some laundry and bring you a casserole!

Onward and upward!
