Quick Beef Stroganoff

Serves 8

1 lb lean hamburger
1-3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 16-oz carton light sour cream
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Pasta, about 8-10 servings (look on package for servings)

Put a large pot of water on to boil. Brown hamburger in a large skillet. While beef is browning, slice mushrooms and peel garlic. Add pasta to boiling water and cook per package directions. Drain pasta. When beef is browned, drain and return to skillet. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and flour to beef, and mix well. Add mushrooms, milk and sour cream, stirring til creamy. Cook til bubbly over medium heat. Serve over pasta.
