Don't read while eating. I warned you.

So, theoretically speaking, if you live in a home with nine other people and your day begins with the four year old waking you saying, "Mommy, there's food all over my pillow" is it remotely possible for the day to get better after that point?

And should the theoretical person hold out any hope for her birthday the following day? What about the family plans to attend church camp that very weekend?

Let's see... 10 people. Flu bug. 26 foot travel trailer. Sleeping bags. No washer and dryer.

Miraculous healing and germ extermination, that's what I need. Might take a little more than a few squirts of Clorox® Anywhere

Happened to us a few days ago, with my 20 month old. I guess the best part about it is that we weren't up all night (?) ;)

Luckily, all is fine, no major illnesses wreaking havoc through our 5 littles.

Here's hoping (and praying) that the same will go for you!

Oh boy. Praying for containment, strong immunity, and triumph over all germies coming your way in the next few days.

Oh honey, good luck to you. You can make it, and even make it into an interesting blog post.

Ugh. Just like what happened with my little guy recently. Calling it "food" at that point seems so, so gross! ;^) Hope your little one(s) is feeling better soon!

I feel so bad for you. I don't like it when I have things planned and they are changed in an instant like that. That's the life of a mom, especially one with EIGHT kids!! WOW! Very cool!

Yikes. We have lucked out this year so far, no flu. (knock on wood) I hope you all get well soon! Kudos to you on the huge family! That always amazes me when I hear of women having that many children. I have 2, and couldn't imagine even having 3!! That's awesome, you must be a very patient person! And homeschooling on top of it all! Pretty incredible if you ask me. =)
