Garden in July
Our garden has been growing like crazy since I showed it to you 5 weeks ago. You should be able to click on any of these pictures to enlarge them. The first one shows most of the garden. Left to right, we have corn, tomatoes, cukes (on wire) pumpkins, peppers, and cabbage. In the background you can see more corn. Our orchard is on the far right. 
Next we have grapes and cabbage. My daughters are standing next to the corn to show you how tall it has grown. You can see it is starting to tassel.
The yellow flowers are squash blossoms on a volunteer squash that decided to come up in the raspberry patch, 40 feet from the actual garden. We decided to let it do its thing, and it will probably give us our first squash of the season. My daughter is standing alongside the tomatoes-- we have lots of green ones, but not a speck of red yet..
I pointed out the apples to the one year old, who promptly picked one and started gnawing on it-- very, very green still, of course. And here are some of the raspberries. 
I made raspberry apricot jam this afternoon that I would show you if I wasn't so tired of uploading pictures at the moment!

You know - as a master Gardener I feel that I MUST come over and personally inspect the crops - right around harvest season you see to umm, make sure you used the right umm water- Yeah water that's it!

Wow, that's a huge garden! I wish my thumb was even a little bit green. I don't have a clue about gardening, but I sure would love to reap the benefits of one.
I am positively drooling. Yeah, I want to eat the stuff. Mostly, I want to get in there and hoe it and spray it and feed it and weed it and... Oh, I could have a field day in there - no pun.
How many acres are y'all on?
mmmmm. I love all of those crops. Foods fresh from the garden are the best.
Carol, we have 3 acres of land. The main garden is about 50 by 100 feet this year, I think, including some pathways. The orchard, grapes, and berries are separate from that main garden patch on other parts of our land.
What a beautiful garden! And the grapes? They look fabulous:) What a green thumb you must have!
My mouth is watering. This is our first summer here and well the garden didn't make it on the priorty list! We do have lots of wild raspberries. I am trying to make the most of them!

I am very impressed with your garden! We didn't plant one this year because we haven't had much luck here in Colorado with growing anything (except kiddos, of course!) You pics make me want to try again next year although we would have to get rid of our deer problem!

We picked our first cuke yesterday and the squash is not far behind! Don't you just love this time of year?
Oh, that is just wonderful. I would love to have such a garden. May all of your harvest nourish the bodies and souls of you and your family as you gather around the table to partake in it. Beautiful!
